Eldoret Robbers Arrested with a Toyota Premio

Police in Eldoret Kenya have arrested five people suspected to be carrying out theft in the town.

The five were arrested yesterday in Eldoret.

The five are believed to have carried out crime in Langas, Annex, Elgon View, and Kimumu where cars have gone missing.

Police found the suspects with a Toyota Premio which they believe to be stolen. The five, together with the Premio and other goods suspected to be stolen, are at Kiambaa Police Station in Ngeria Ward.

According to Langas police boss Francis Warui, the car is believed to have been used in criminal activities.

Warui warned that all businesses that deal in second hand goods would be under scrutiny. He singled out Shylocks and dealers in second hand tyres and electronics.
