Uasin Gishu residents are selling land without following proper procedures, leading to thousands of land disputes at the courts.Deputy County Commissioner Mohammed Mwabudzo that he was alarmed by the sheer number of land cases in the County.Two judges at the Environment and Lands court in Eldoret are struggling to keep up with over 4,000 cases, even though they can only conclude 300 a year.Read more here.
